The company's mission is to offer pure, natural, and convenient health products that foster customer loyalty and well-being.Role DescriptionThe Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-budget performance marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The role involves managing ₹20L+ monthly ad spends, conducting deep audience and competitor analysis, and driving measurable ROI through advanced campaign strategies.You will be accountable for improving key performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CAC), running A/B tests, analyzing data, and presenting insights to stakeholders. The role requires close coordination with creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets and staying updated on Meta’s latest features and policies.This position plays a critical part in scaling customer acquisition, retention, and remarketing funnels for a fast-growing D2C health & wellness brand. Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience managing minimum ₹20L monthly spend on Meta AdsStrong understanding of key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR, LTV)Hands-on experience with CBO, ABO, Dynamic Ads, Advantage+Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and attribution toolsStrong analytical abilities + proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsAbility to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset✔ Preferred QualificationsExperience in D2C / E-commerce marketingFamiliarity with other paid platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, )Knowledge of Shopify/WordPress, pixel setups, event trackingExperience scaling campaigns across different geographiesYou can contact :-7303044215 Or hr@herbalmax.in
