- **Fire Risk Assessments**:Regularly inspecting premises to identify potential fire hazards, assess fire risks, and document findings.
- **Fire Safety Training**:Educating employees and building occupants on fire safety procedures, including proper use of fire extinguishers, evacuation routes, and assembly points.
- **Enforcement of Fire Safety Protocols**:Ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations by monitoring for obstructed fire exits, properly functioning fire doors, and well-maintained fire equipment.
- **Emergency Response Planning**:Developing and maintaining emergency evacuation plans, coordinating fire drills, and assigning roles during emergencies.
- **Incident Response**:Taking immediate action in case of a fire, initiating evacuations, and coordinating with emergency services.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:Maintaining detailed records of fire safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
