Fire Fighting Technician. **(NOT FIRE MARSHALL)**

**Position: Fire Fighting Technician**

**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine inspections, servicing, and maintenance of fire hydrant systems, including hydrant valves, hose reel drums, and hose boxes, in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance of sprinkler systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.
- Inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems, including detectors, control panels, and notification devices, to ensure reliable operation during emergencies.
- Execute Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for clients, including scheduling visits, conducting inspections, and performing necessary servicing and repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all service activities, including maintenance checklists, service reports, and other required documents.
- Collaborate with clients to address their fire safety needs, provide technical assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and regulatory changes related to fire safety systems.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fire Fighting Technician or similar role in the fire safety industry.
- Proficiency in servicing fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems.
- Experience in executing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and managing scheduled maintenance visits.
- Familiarity with maintenance checklists and documentation required for servicing and maintenance activities.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with fire safety systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and service records..
