**Job Purpose**

We are looking for a detail-oriented problem-solver to join our team as an alarm technician.
You will be installing and maintaining a range of fire safety systems including fire
Extinguishers, fire Alarms, fire hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems, etc.
Analyzing blueprints and plans, and finding and repairing any malfunctions.
To ensure success as a technician, you should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of safety codes and regulations, and experience with a variety of fire safety systems.

**Overview of Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Making sure all work complies with relevant codes and regulations.
- Completing all assignments.
- Performing inspections and diagnosing any problems.
- Completing full installations.
- Testing all features and equipment to ensure optimum functioning.
- Travelling to customer locations.
- Writing service and status reports.
- Analyzing plans.
- Reading, understanding, and following product manuals.
- Educating customers on care and maintenance.

**Alarm Technician Requirements**:

- ITI, Diploma or BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electronics.
- Min 2 years experience in Fire Alarm systems.
- Experience and knowledge of Fire Hydrant Systems, Sprinkler and Fire

Suppression Systems.
- Track record of excellent customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work after hours and on weekends.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
