
Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition - Identify & acquire new SME clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking and referrals.
- Sales Target Achievement -Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by promising SME banking products such as business loans, working capital solutions, trade finance, overdrafts, and other banking services.
- Relationship Management - Build & maintain strong relationships with the new & exciting clients, providing personalized banking solutions to meet their business needs.
- Product Knowledge - Maintain in-depth knowledge of SME banking products and services, & effectively communicate these offerings to potential clients.
- Client Need Analysis - Understand the specific needs of SMEs, assess financial requirements, and recommend appropriate banking products and solutions.
- Market Research - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market condition that may affect SME banking opportunities.
- Compliance - Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory & internal banking guidelines.
- Confidentiality - Maintain customer information & documents highly confidential & take personal responsibility of such documents for custody of the same.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
