To provide support to the business by managing commercial activities and effective cost management of the
business as per the budgets.

**Key Responsibilities and Deliverables**:
Monthly closure of books of accounts
- Ensure timely closing of books of account and prepare monthly schedules
- Prepare monthly variance and cash analysis.
- Supporting in budgeting and forecasting.

Monitor the cost utilisation and advise the Business Manager of necessary actions
- Monthly review of business expenditure in terms of manpower, expenses, salary/ incentives etc.
- Establish necessary controls
- Interact with other business commercial partners and share best practices

Ensure timely pay out of salary and expenses of 3P Associates
- Follow-up with internal stakeholders for timely pay out of salary
- Thorough checking of expenses submitted by the agency

- Timely closure of F&F settlements
- Ensure compliance by the 3P agencies to the statutory payments

Ensure timely and proper expenses payment to Vendor
- Timely booking of vendor invoice in system
- Ensuring timely payments are made to vendor
- Timely creation of PO in the system

Support Audit team - Internal and Statutory Audit
- Ensuring timely closure of Statutory and Internal Audit
- Timely submission of required info to Auditors

MIS and Analytics
- Prepare MIS for businesswise cost and profitability analysis
- Presentation of business analytics to business heads on cost

Effective teamwork and self-management
- Ability to work in a team to achieve a shared goal
- Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and

respond to organisational needs
- Manage own career development by staying abreast of any technical and industry changes
- The capacity to plan, manage, monitor and evaluate own workflow and output, anticipating obstacles,

juggling priorities and following through on goals and commitments within agreed time-frames
