**About this Role**

A Junior research associate is a business professional who accumulates and reviews business data from primary and secondary sources to obtain solutions. They aid policymakers and administrators in companies in managing products and services. Moreover, senior or postdoctoral equity research associate jobs require tolerance, technical skills, communication ability, and brainstorming. The associates are generally employed in research divisions and utilize varying data types to help decision-making procedures in organizations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Prepare findings and update databases to include newfound information, and create a summary of that analysis to pass on to the project director
- Verify numerical data in both digital and written form, ensuring that any errors that may occur during transcription are eliminated
- Create research summaries in multiple formats, including spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, graphs and standard, written summaries
- Perform internet searches to gather relevant information, and record any findings in a manner pursuant to facility protocol.
- Handle necessary administrative paperwork and other documentation needed for project validation and research quality control.

**What you’ll Need**
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Any bachelor’s degree in Economics, statistics, mathematics, etc.
- Good computing and mathematical analysis skills
- Ability to maintain quality, safety and/or infection control standards
- Carry out quantitative or qualitative research
- Design specific research methods such as questionnaires
- Utilize statistical software to manage and organize information monitoring the progress of research projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹359,700.00 per year
