1. BIM Modeling & Coordination**
- Develop, maintain, and meticulously update comprehensive 3D BIM models, with a primary focus on plumbing systems, including piping, drainage, water supply, and sanitary systems.
- Execute precise coordination with other MEP disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection) to identify and resolve conflicts, ensuring optimal system integration and project success.
- ** 2. Drawing & Documentation**
- Generate highly accurate 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and shop drawings derived from the BIM model, adhering to stringent quality standards.
- Meticulously maintain project documentation and version control, ensuring strict adherence to company standards and client requirements.
- ** 3.Quality Control**
- Conduct rigorous, periodic checks for model integrity and design accuracy, ensuring the highest level of precision.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant plumbing codes, standards, and industry best practices, maintaining the utmost professional standards.
- ** 4. Collaboration & Communication**
- Engage in professional collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the BIM model meets and exceeds project objectives.
- Provide comprehensive, regular updates on modeling progress, issues, and potential risks to senior team members, maintaining clear, concise, and professional communication at all times.
- ** 5. Continuous Improvement**
- Maintain vigilant awareness of the latest BIM technologies, software advancements, and industry trends, integrating new knowledge into work processes to ensure cutting-edge performance.
- Critically analyze current procedures and propose substantive process improvements to enhance efficiency and modeling quality, contributing to the organization's competitive edge.

**Qualifications**

Educational Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or a closely related engineering discipline is mandatory.
- ** Professional Experience**:

- A minimum of 1-3 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems is required.
- Proven track record of involvement in MEP design and coordination for commercial, residential, or industrial projects is essential.
- ** Technical Proficiencies**:

- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software including Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, or equivalent BIM platforms is non-negotiable.
- Comprehensive understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and workflows is crucial.
- Demonstrated expertise in clash detection methodologies and resolution processes is imperative.

- Superior communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams are essential.
