**Position Name**: Stores Assistance

**Experience**: 2 to 3 Years

**Job Location**: Por, Vadodara

**Job Duties**:

- Daily material incoming, issue and outgoing process to be done.
- Daily receipts of vendor & internal receipt to be done in the ERP system
- Co-ordination with production and purchase department for required materials.
- To check the materials thoroughly quantity, specification as per PO.
- To categories the materials category wise and stock in the appropriate locations with sticker.
- Periodical stock to be taken and verify with the ERP system and make a report.
- To stock the materials received from vendors properly as to ensure easy access identification.
- To ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method (KANBAN) of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss.
- Invoice of the materials received from vendor and send it to Accounts department for payment.
- To maintain all the documents up to data as per ISO 9000.
- Generate reports and submit to concerned authorities.
- Generate list of no use materials in the stores and inform to concern authorities.
- To take safety measure for the safety of store house, materials and men working in store.
- To ensure that the store is always maintained up to date in all respects in a presentable condition.

**Education Qualification**: B com or Diploma mechanical.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and working experience of Tally/ERP.
- Must be working in machine manufacturing company.
- Should have better understanding of store functions.
- If any degree in material management.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

- N H No. 08, Behind Galaxy Hotel, Por, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Engineering Stores: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
