**Position Name**:Stores Assistant/Officer/Executive**

**Experience**: 2 to 3 Years

**Job Location**: Por, Vadodara

**Job Duties**:

- Monitoring of material incoming, issue and outgoing process.
- Coordination with production department regarding receipts and issue.
- Coronation with production and purchase department for requirement of materials.
- To receive the materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the Purchase Department.
- To check the materials thoroughly for quality, quantity, specification etc.
- To categories the materials category wise and stock in the appropriate locations.
- Periodical stock verification and ensure correctness of stock at all times.
- To stock the materials received from vendors properly as to ensure easy access identification, verification, handling, maintenance etc.
- To ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss.
- To issue materials to the departments as per the indents.
- To issue materials to departments as per the schedule.
- To pass the bills of the materials received from vendor and send it to Accounts department for payment.
- To maintain all the documents up to data.
- Generate reports and submit to concerned authorities.
- To maintain the neat and tidiness of store house.
- If required attend audit by auditors.
- To ensure accurate accounting of the materials receiver and issued.
- To take action for disposal of scraps materials as per the procedure.
- To take safety measure for the safety of store house, materials and men working in store.
- To ensure that the store is always maintained up to date in all respects in a presentable condition.

**Education Qualification**: Any Gradate/ ITI

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and working experience of Tally.
- Must be working in manufacturing company.
- Should have better understanding of store functions.
- If any degree in material management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
