Sales Performance: Achieving or exceeding sales targets by effectively promoting and selling luggage products to customers. This includes demonstrating product features, assisting with product selection, and upselling additional accessories or travel-related items.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience. This involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints or issues, and offering knowledgeable advice on luggage options based on customer preferences and travel needs.
- Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the luggage products available in the store, including their features, benefits, and differences. Being able to effectively communicate this information to customers to assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensuring the store's visual presentation is appealing and enticing to customers. This includes maintaining clean and organized displays, arranging products attractively, and regularly updating product information and pricing.
- Inventory Management: Assisting in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock availability, conducting stock counts, and replenishing products as needed. This helps to ensure a sufficient supply of popular luggage items and prevents stockouts or overstock situations.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products to customers, such as travel accessories, locks, or luggage sets. This requires understanding customer needs and preferences and offering relevant suggestions to enhance their travel experience.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues and supporting a positive work environment. This involves effective communication, assisting fellow team members when necessary, and sharing knowledge and best practices to optimize overall store performance.
- Store Operations: Adhering to operational procedures, including cash handling, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and following store policies and guidelines.
**Salary**: ₹10,621.38 - ₹21,653.18 per month
