Job Overview:
- Obtaining, analyzing and maintaining documentation, tracker, reports, data, flowcharts etc.
- Legal support like documents management, printing etc.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Obtaining, analyzing and maintaining documentation, tracker, reports, data, flowcharts etc.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.
- Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.
- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
- Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
**Have similar experience in other organization.**
**Qualifications**:
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
- Possess strong analytical skills and demonstrate ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions and solve problems.
- Ability to track, summarize and complete simultaneous projects.
- Sense of Urgency: Prioritizes work tasks well, meet deadlines, has a sense of urgency, shows energy, etc.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently as well as within a team.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound independent judgment
**Additional Skills**:
Internal role: This position would need to interact with internal functions to enable success in day to day work
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
