1. Identify and research potential bid opportunities through various channels, including online portals, government websites, and industry publications.
2. Review tender documents and assess the scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria to determine bid feasibility.
3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, project management, and finance teams, to gather necessary information and resources for bid preparation.
4. Prepare and compile comprehensive tender documents, including technical proposals, pricing schedules, and supporting documentation.
5. Conduct cost estimations, pricing analyses, and risk assessments to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
7. Manage the tender submission process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documents and forms.
8. Track and monitor tender statuses, deadlines, and outcomes, maintaining a database of bid activities and results.
9. Analyze tender feedback and debriefings to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future bid submissions.
