Job Title: IR & EHS Executive Department: Human Resources & Administration **Location**: Talegaon Dindori Reports To: HR Manager Key Responsibilities: - Support HR operations including payroll, recruitment, on boarding, benefits, and employee queries. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. - Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. - Provide guidance to management on HR, labor, and employee engagement matters. - Develop and implement OHS policies, conduct safety audits, and risk assessments. - Investigate workplace incidents, ensure corrective actions, and maintain safety equipment. - Organize training, awareness sessions, and safety drills. - Liaise with government authorities and external inspectors for compliance. Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of labor laws & workplace safety regulations. - Proficiency in HR operations, compliance, and administration. - Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to resolve conflicts and conduct investigations. - Attention to detail with strong organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and safety management systems. Technical Knowledge: - Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety management systems. - Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance. - Proficient in MS Office and HR administration software. Qualification - MBA/MPM/BBA/MSW & Diploma in Safety or in Labour law will be plus. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
