**Position**: Field Technician (Commissioning/New Installation)
**Location**: Gurugram
**Department**: Field Operations

**Role Overview**
Gilco Global is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Technician specializing in commissioning and new installations of elevators and escalators. This role is crucial in ensuring successful installation and commissioning projects that align with Gilco’s safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.

**Responsibilities**
- **Installation & Commissioning**: Plan and execute the installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators according to the defined budget, timelines, Gilco Safety & Quality standards, and company procedures.
- **Project Planning & Supervision**: Organize job tasks and provide supervision to Field Technicians and subcontractor workers, ensuring timely project completion.
- **Coordination Across Teams**: Work closely with the Sales representative, Logistics team for material management, Engineering team for troubleshooting, and Service team for smooth handovers.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by achieving project objectives and providing effective communication throughout the installation process.
- **Documentation Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Fulfillment Plus documentation requirements, maintaining accurate records and reporting as per company guidelines.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in elevator or escalator installation and commissioning.
- Strong understanding of safety and quality standards.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- lift maintenance: 1 year (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
