Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Technician located in the Greater Delhi Area & Lucknow. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electric mobility solutions and EV charging devices. Day-to-day tasks include performing on-site diagnostics, routine maintenance, and ensuring the optimal performance of all systems. The role also involves training clients on the use and management of our products, and coordinating with the support team to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting EV charging stations and electric bikes.
  • Experience conducting on-site diagnostics and routine maintenance
  • Knowledge of service and maintenance of EVs.
  • Basic IT skills for managing and understanding IoT systems
  • Excellent communication and client training skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle remote working conditions
  • Experience in the fleet operation or EV industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
