Home Nurses

**Job brief**
**We are looking for compassionate Home Nurses to perform assessments, develop care plans, provide nursing care, and supervise other members of the nursing team, including home health aides.**
**Key Responsibilities**
**-Assessment care and planning**
**-General nursing care**
**-Educating patients**
**-Tracking vital signs, administering medicines**
**-Feeding, bathing of patients, making of patient beds**
- **Coordinating diagnostic tests, procedures and doctors visit**
**-Specialised tasks include**
○ **Child care: Babysitting, play learnings, food and nutrition care, hygiene care**
**○ Mother care Prenatal and Postnatal Care: Newborn baby care, lactation support, emotional and physical care, infant care**
**○ Elderly care Personal care: : Mobility assistance, MEAL preparation, transportation, housekeeping, medication reminders, Dementia and Alxheimer’s care**
**Requirements and skills**
**-Registered Nurses (Diploma / Degree in Nursing) with the State Nursing Councils**
**-At Least two years of nursing experience in hospitals**
**-Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens**
**-Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards**
**-Proficiency in English and Hindi**
**-Caring and compassionate personality**
**Remuneration: Best in the industry based on work experience and salary history.**
