- GNM/BSc Nursing with valid registration
- 3+ years experience in nursing (Critical Care experience preferred).
- Strong coordination and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel for patient assessments, training & supervision.
- Supervise and guide field nurses & caregivers.
- Conduct patient evaluations and implement care plans.
- Ensure clinical quality and protocol adherence.
- Support critical care setup and nursing at home.
- Hiring Nursing staff, GDA, and freelancers partnership with vendors
- Field visit for partnership with Skill academy’s and skill development organizations to build networks with institutions through in-person meetings (felid Visits) and Calling
- Maintain well-organized employee records for GDA, nursing staff, and freelancers, and track their performance.
- Ensure proper execution of organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the operations team.
- Stay informed on healthcare regulations and provide training to new hires.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
