स्थान: YHC Hospital (घर पर सेवा – Home Visit Based)

कार्य प्रकार: Full-time / Part-time / Contractual

सेवा क्षेत्र: वृद्ध मरीज, दीर्घकालिक बीमार, और पोस्ट-हॉस्पिटल केयर वाले मरीज


कार्य का विवरण (Job Description):

YHC Hospital को ऐसे समर्पित और सहानुभूतिपूर्ण Health Workers की आवश्यकता है जो बुजुर्गों और घर पर रह रहे रोगियों की देखभाल कर सकें। यह भूमिका मरीज के घर जाकर स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रदान करने में केंद्रित होगी।


मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

मरीज की दैनिक देखभाल करना (खाना, दवाई, सफाई आदि)

ब्लड प्रेशर, शुगर, तापमान आदि की नियमित जाँच

डॉक्टर के निर्देश अनुसार दवाएं देना

रोगी की मानसिक और भावनात्मक सहायता

आपात स्थिति में अस्पताल से संपर्क या रेफरल करना

परिवार के सदस्यों को हेल्थ टिप्स और गाइडेंस देना


योग्यता (Qualifications):

न्यूनतम 10वीं / 12वीं पास

GDA (General Duty Assistant), ANM, या होम केयर ट्रेनिंग कोर्स किया हुआ

बुजुर्गों और रोगियों के साथ धैर्यपूर्वक काम करने की क्षमता

सहानुभूति और सेवा भावना आवश्यक

बाइक या स्कूटर हो तो वरीयता

--- अनुभव (Experience):

फ्रेशर भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं

यदि पूर्व में किसी वृद्धाश्रम, NGO, या होम केयर में कार्य किया हो तो प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी

---वेतन (Salary):

₹8,000 से ₹15,000 प्रतिमाह (कार्य और समय के अनुसार)

यात्रा भत्ता / इंसेंटिव अतिरिक्त

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹27,079.55 per month
