We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting with various production tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. You will work closely with our production team to ensure all necessary resources are available, deadlines are met, and quality is maintained. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the production industry and contribute to the success of our company.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the coordination and execution of production activities
- Prepare and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Coordinate and communicate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist with quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Organize and maintain production files, ensuring accurate documentation
- Assist in the setup and operation of production equipment as required
- Support the production team in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to create a safe working environment

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in Food technology
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a production environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of production software
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as required
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a production setting
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and overtime as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,711.98 - ₹25,000.00 per month
