**What You'll Bring**:
**Responsibility 1- Audit & Compliance**:

- Manage the ongoing review, internal/external audits/inspections & ensure Batch team meets all compliance & regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
- Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring regulations are followed
- Should be independent and resourceful with the ability to identify opportunities to optimize performance
- Should have experience with handling audits & regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules & regulation set for Credit Information Company by regulators

**Responsibility 2 -Documentation**:

- Responsible for performing objective, independent, and reliable assessments of the existing practices & procedures
- Review, analyze, and prepare documents required by Operations-Batch team
- Proven ability to develop operational processes/policies for maximum efficiency and productivity

**Responsibility 3 -Interdepartmental Co-ordination**:

- Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
- Work with the varied stakeholder for projects & develop strategies.
- Communicate stakeholders of on-going changes in circulars, policies & procedure. Ensure necessary steps are taken for implementation.

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Qualification: Master degree in business administration/Chartered Accountant, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
- Hands on experience in managing audits, documentation & compliance.
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines
