**Job Title**: Tele Sales Performance Executive

**Location**: Noida Sector 63

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary Range**: 18k-25k Per Month

**Experience**:Fresher to 2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers from leads to present our products and services.
- Answer customer questions, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM.
- Follow up on leads, re-engage past customers, and generate new sales.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, objections, and sales trends to the sales team.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional attitude during calls.
- Analyze telesales data to optimize performance and develop strategic improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve overall sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Experience with CRM software and telephony systems.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs for tele sales.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of successful sales calls per day/week.
- Revenue generated from tele sales.
- Customer conversion rate from calls.
- Lead follow-up and re-engagement rates.
- Customer satisfaction scores.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
