**About the Role**:
Your goal will be to **increase repeat purchases, reduce churn**, and **maximize customer lifetime value (CLTV)** through personalized, automated, and data-driven campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop **automated workflows** and trigger-based communications based on customer behavior (e.g. abandoned cart, inactivity, post-purchase).
- Segment customers based on lifecycle stage, engagement level, purchase history, and preferences.
- Launch and optimize **WhatsApp marketing flows** for re-engagement and promotions.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling, conversion-focused messages.
- Analyze campaign performance (CTR, open rate, CVR, churn, repeat rate) and optimize accordingly.
- Monitor and work to **reduce churn** and **increase customer retention** using win-back strategies.
- Partner with growth, product, and CRM teams to align on goals and drive cohesive campaigns.
- Generate insights to support strategies for increasing **Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)**.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization.
- Strong knowledge of **churn reduction strategies** and customer journey mapping.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in **eCommerce**, D2C, or app-based businesses.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with **marketing automation** and customer journey orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of **CAN-SPAM, GDPR**, and WhatsApp Business messaging compliance.
- Experience working with loyalty or referral programs.
