**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own the **customer retention journey** from onboarding to re-engagement and win-back
- Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rates, etc.) and optimize accordingly
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging
- Segment audiences and personalize communications based on user behavior and data insights
- Support loyalty, referral, and subscription programs to improve customer retention

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of **customer segmentation**, **lifecycle marketing**, and **CRM strategies**.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify (or other D2C platforms) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for improving customer experience

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in the **healthcare, wellness, or personal care industry**:

- Exposure to **performance marketing** and **cross-channel retention campaigns**.
