Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Set up machines for production runs, including adjusting settings, loading materials, and performing routine maintenance.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification or vocational training in machine operation or a related field.
