Senior Accounting Advisory Manager

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra,

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: CA or ACCA required; additional certifications like CFA or IFRS Diploma preferred.
- **Experience**: 8-15 years of relevant experience in Accounting Advisory, IFRS implementation, or similar areas.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent business writing and oral communication abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP, GL systems, and Python.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the financial services industry (Banks, NBFCs, Insurance) is preferred.
- Capability to **travel extensively in India and internationally as required.**:

- Strong ability to handle challenging and time-sensitive projects.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and demonstrating ownership over deliverables.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Development**: Lead and manage the development of solutions aligned with business consulting objectives in areas such as IFRS, hedge accounting, and CFO advisory.
- **Project Management**: Execute medium to large-scale accounting advisory projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- **Client Engagement**: Develop standard proposals and pitch decks; engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advisory services.
- **Technical Documentation**: Write technical memos and advisory documentation; analyze financial statements and suggest appropriate accounting treatments.
- **Performance Metrics**: Achieve sales and P&L targets; manage project profitability and client satisfaction.

**TRAVELING IMPORTANT 4 to 5 months abroad**

**Working Conditions**:

- **Working Days**: Monday to Friday
- **Working Hours**: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
