**Responsibilities**:
**Debt Syndication**:

- **Documentation**: Prepare required documents for debt syndication and work with banks and financial institutions to get approvals.
- **Client Interaction**: Collect necessary information from clients and their teams for debt syndication.
- **Credit Rating Support**: Help clients with credit rating processes to improve their financial status.

**Management Consulting and Financial Advisory**:

- **CFO Services**: Provide strategic financial advice as an external CFO for clients.
- **Financial Decision Support**: Advise on important financial decisions for projects and investments.
- **Financial Reporting**: Help clients improve their financial reporting for better transparency.
- **MIS Development**: Create and refine management information systems for clients and support them until they can manage on their own.
- **Compliance Guidance**: Ensure clients follow accounting standards and regulations.
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Accounting Standards and Ind AS.
- Handling miscellaneous items related to accounting, direct tax, indirect tax, FEMA, Company Law, and other matters as required by the client from time to time.

**Position Requirements**:

- **Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)** with 0-2 years of post-articleship experience in audit and taxation.
- Experience in managing clients with a **turnover exceeding Rs. 100 crores in the manufacturing sector.**:

- Must have experience of preparing financial statements.
- Proficient in **Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills**.
- Decent proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English.
