Manager - Dispute Advisory/Forensic Accounting

Location: Mumbai, India. About the Role:- Dispute Advisory Services team provides financial, economic, and accounting expertise in litigation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.- We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager who will lead engagements end-to-end, deliver high-quality financial analysis, and manage teams while collaborating closely with clients and legal advisors. Key Responsibilities:- Lead assignments including damage quantification, business valuations, and forensic accounting investigations.- Manage project teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.- Build and review financial models to quantify economic damages.- Draft expert reports and present findings clearly.- Mentor and develop junior team members.- Support business development through proposals and client networking. Qualifications & Experience:- Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred; CFA or MBA (Finance) is an advantage.- 5-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience (Big Four or consulting firm background preferred).- Strong experience in dispute advisory, forensic accounting, or complex business valuations.- Excellent understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and accounting principles. - Familiarity with litigation and arbitration processes is a plus. Skills & Attributes:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication (written & verbal).- Proven leadership and project management abilities.- High attention to detail and integrity.- Ability to perform under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
