Location: Various locations near CGHS, ESHC, and government dispensaries

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Promotion:

- Stand at key locations such as CGHS, ESHC, and government dispensaries to interact with potential patients.
- Actively approach and engage with government panel patients, introducing them to Karma Ayurvedic Hospital’s offerings.

Marketing Material Distribution:

- Distribute visiting cards and promotional materials to potential patients.
- Ensure visibility and awareness of the hospital’s Panchakarma treatments among target audiences.

Patient Briefing:

- Provide concise and compelling information about the hospital’s Ayurvedic treatments and their benefits.
- Answer basic inquiries about Panchakarma procedures, admission options, and daycare services.

Incentive-Driven Performance:

- Drive patient admissions through effective marketing strategies and follow-up.
- Earn attractive incentives for each patient who opts for admission or daycare treatment.

Feedback and Reporting:

- Gather feedback from patients about their needs and preferences.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on promotional activities and patient engagement outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A high school diploma or equivalent (a preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
- Experience in field marketing or healthcare promotion is a plus.
