**Key Responsibilities**:*
- *Inbound Calls:* Handle incoming calls from patients, answering queries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information about health services.
- *Outbound Calls:* Conduct cold calls to potential patients to introduce clinic services, promote healthcare programs, and enhance community outreach.
- *Follow-Up Calls:* Maintain contact with existing patients to check on their health status, remind them of upcoming appointments, and gather feedback on services provided.
- *Data Management:* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions in the clinic’s database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- *Patient Relationship Management:* Build rapport with patients, empathize with their needs, and address any concerns effectively to enhance their overall experience.
- *Promotional Activities:* Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies and campaigns, assisting in community education regarding healthcare services.
- *Performance Tracking:* Meet or exceed call quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management team to drive clinic growth.

**Qualifications**:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage and connect with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using telephony systems and CRM software.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
