Ø **Performance Monitoring**: Regularly tracking and assessing the team's performance through KPIs (key performance indicators), providing constructive feedback and guidance. Ø **Coaching and Development**: Offering ongoing coaching, motivation, and support to help the team improve their sales techniques and reach sales goals.
