Resolve customer complaints via phone/whatsapp in a timely and delightful way.
- Manage customer retention to drive growth of the company via various channels
- Calling customers to schedule, manage & host fun group events at their premises.
- Monitor customer issues on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
- Gather customer feedback and share reports and insights with the core team.
- Work closely with our customers to drive Referrals, Ratings and Reviews.
- Take proactive steps and informed decisions based on data and feedback.
- Be responsible for achievement of your personal and team goals and KPIs.
- Work closely with the core team to enhance productivity & reduce costs.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement with systems and processes.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
