**Position: Business Development Manager (Solar Pojects)**
**Job Location: Bangalore**
**Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years knowledge of Sales**
**Qualification**:Degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering, MBA, Post Graduate
**Job Brief**:
Good experience in business development, Client acquisition and handling, Sound technical knowledge required in solar projects executions, Experience in designing and execution of projects will be an added advantage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the solar energy industry including solar panel manufacturers, installers, distributors, and governmental agencies.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and increase sales of solar energy products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and finance to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the solar energy market.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of business agreements, contracts, and partnerships to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and innovation initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and thought leadership in the solar energy sector.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities against KPIs and targets, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, policy developments, and incentives related to solar energy to capitalize on market opportunities and mitigate risks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
