
Office Administrator

**We are an international accounting firm providing accounts and tax services to foreign clients. We are looking for this role with someone from **a **commerce background.**
**Scope of Work**
- Manage the calendar and schedule meetings
- File and maintain records and documents
- Assist with the planning and execution of projects
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Monitor project progress and follow up with team members as needed
- Oversee the hiring process, ensure that employee records are up-to-date, and manage employee benefits
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, manage the office's workflow, delegate tasks to employees, and ensure that deadlines are met
- Manage the communication within the office, coordinate with different departments, and ensure that information flows smoothly throughout the organization
- Creating and implementing polices and procedures
**Qualification**
- Minimum of Graduation ( preferably B.Com)
- Previous Admin or HR experience in Office
- Knowledge of Ms Excel/ Ms office
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
