**Job Summary**:
As a Content Creator and Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the content strategy for our organisation across various digital platforms. Your creative and strategic expertise will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with the Marketing team to create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and effectively manages our social media presence.

Job Requirements:

- Basic understanding of content creation principles, including writing style, grammar, and formatting.
- Strong command over the English language, including impeccable grammar and vocabulary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creativity and an ability to think outside the box.
- Adept at staying up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing and social media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop compelling and relevant content, social media posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia materials.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the organization's branding and messaging guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our content strategy.
- Assist Ads team with creatives on a timely manner.
- Manage and update social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook,, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other relevant channels.
- Plan and schedule posts to ensure consistent engagement with the audience.
- Monitor social media trends and initiate engagement with followers and potential customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement an effective content strategy that aligns with marketing goals.
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure a consistent and timely publishing schedule.
- Analyze performance data and adjust the content strategy based on insights and KPIs.
- Interact with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster and build relationships with followers and advocates of the brand.
- Track and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Provide regular reports to demonstrate the impact of content and social media efforts on business objectives.
- Manage and update website content using our chosen CMS, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and a consistent brand image.
- Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to create informative and well-structured content pieces.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, style, and accuracy.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and follows SEO best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
