**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial Recordkeeping:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Process and track accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Review and verify invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and collection of payments.

**Monthly and Annual Closing**:

- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
- Assist in preparing for the annual audit and work with auditors to provide required documentation.

**Tax Compliance**:

- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor tax-related deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

Provide regular financial reports to support decision-making.

Internal Controls:

- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
- Help maintain and improve accounting systems to ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Financial Analysis:

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on company performance, trends, and variances.
- Support management with ad hoc financial analysis.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 year experience required.

Pay: ₹20,382.18 - ₹30,628.06 per month
