- Handle **inbound inquiries**, providing information on courses, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain and update a **database** of prospective students.
- Meet and exceed **daily/weekly/monthly targets** for calls and enrollments.
- Address **queries, concerns, and objections** professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with the **sales and marketing team** for lead management and strategy alignment.
- Maintain **accurate records** of conversations and provide daily reports on progress.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong **verbal and written communication skills** in [mention preferred languages].
- Prior experience in **tele calling, sales, or customer service** (preferably in EdTech or education).
- Ability to **engage, persuade, and build rapport** with potential students and parents.
- **Target-driven mindset** with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
