**Resposibilities**:

- Ideate, manage, and execute campaigns on social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
- Ensure brand coherence and strict adherence to brand guidelines on such platforms
- Drive engagement across Newton School Social Media sites
- Create low-touch programs to promote content across channels, with a key emphasis on social media channels
- Understand the impact of content on overall customer engagement and prioritize accordingly
- Produce high-quality video content for our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram and YouTube) that aligns with our brand's voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts to convey our brand message effectively.

**Key Skills**:

- Graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Film, or related fields).
- Min 1 yr of experience in Social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A portfolio or examples of previous video content creation is a plus
