Dear All,

IITM Group of Institutions, Sonipat (Haryana) is looking to hire **Social Media Manager**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning and executing comprehensive digital media marketing strategies for all domestic and international content released under the IITM Group of Institutions.
- Manage the end-to-end Social Media page for IITM Group of Institutions. **Manage Twitter & LinkedIn** Elevate accounts for the India region on behalf of IITM Group of Institutions. Create Weekly and Monthly external newsletters.
- Responsible for driving traffic on social media, followers, and engagement. Excellent understanding of Sprinklr and its usage for social media. Manage, edit, and create content across all social media channels. **Closely monitor audience engagement on Twitter**.
- Create useful and consumable content which resonates with the student / Aspirant. Perform critical content analysis, identify key trends. Work on creating visuals as required for social media keeping a variety on the page. Monitor channel performance and analytics, set up dashboards to identify key performance metrics on social.
- Participate actively in marketing / promoting events and webinars on social media. Well-experience in getting things done from agencies for events. Closely work with the PR team to leverage all PR news for social.
- Device strategies to promote and establish regular engagement on the social media channel. Help the team to identify best practices for content writing, best practices to tag content correctly. Work, alongside Dean, HODs, consultants, and Managers to get content to promote on social.
- Work with the sales team on identifying success stories to amplify engagement on the social channel. Communicate with Influencers, building two-way communication. Engage with internal and external key speakers.
- Responsible for planning and executing comprehensive digital media marketing strategies for all domestic and international content released by IITM Group of Institutions

- Post Graduate degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25000 per month

**Experience**: 1 year (preferred)
