We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will wear many hats, assisting with everything from content creation and social media management to market research and campaign execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor data, and compile reports
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including developing content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using marketing analytics tools
- Assist with graphic design tasks and collaborate with designers to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Manage marketing databases and CRM software
- Help plan and execute promotional events
- Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing team

**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize deadlines
- Proficient in social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
- A creative mind with a knack for storytelling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Bonus points**:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
