**Job Title: Career Counselor**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Career Counselor to join our education team. As a Career Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards successful and fulfilling career paths. Your primary responsibilities include providing personalized counseling, assessing individual skills and interests, and facilitating informed decision-making regarding academic and professional choices.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Individual Counseling**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their goals, interests, and skills.
- Provide personalized guidance on educational and career pathways.
- **Career Assessments**:

- Administer and interpret career assessments to help students gain insights into their strengths and preferences.
- Analyze assessment results to align them with suitable career options.
- **Educational Planning**:

- Assist students in developing academic plans based on their career goals.
- Provide information on relevant courses, certifications, and skill development programs.
- **Industry Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide accurate information about job opportunities and market demands.
- Research emerging careers and advise students on potential growth areas.
- **Resume Building and Interview Skills**:

- Aid students in creating effective resumes and cover letters.
- Conduct workshops on interview preparation, including mock interviews.
- **College and Career Fairs**:

- Organize or participate in college and career fairs to expose students to various educational and professional options.
- Coordinate interactions between students and representatives from different institutions and industries.
- **Networking**:

- Build and maintain relationships with professionals, employers, and educational institutions.
- Facilitate networking opportunities for students through events and mentorship programs.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and assessments.
- Generate reports and updates for management as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in career counseling or educational guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of educational programs, industries, and career trends.
- Familiarity with career assessment tools and counseling methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹11,153.46 - ₹38,776.51 per month
