**Responsibilities**:
1 Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks. Machine homing to be done.
2 Jaw greasing and jaw inspection for damage.
3 Check lubrication tank and hydraulic tank for oil and top up.
4 Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
5 Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications. Get first piece approval from Quality Control.
6 Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
7 Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
8 Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

Requirements and skills
1 Proven experience as CNC operator
2 Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
3 Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
4 Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM
5 Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
6 A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
7 Good communication abilities
8 High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus
9 Successfully completed apprenticeship is required

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

- Ambegaon, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CNC Programming: 1 year (preferred)
