- Has been manufacturing Engine Valves, Valve Seat Inserts & Valve Guides for all types of Automotive engines, Captive Power, Transport Industry, Locomotive and Marine Engine. Ranging from Motor Cycles, Three Wheelers, LCV, HCV, Power Generation, Locomotive and Marine Engines etc.

**Job Description**:
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision components according to specifications. Your duties will include:

- Setting up and operating CNC machines such as lathes, mills, or grinders.
- Loading raw materials into the machine and ensuring the correct cutting tools are in place.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand product specifications.
- Monitoring the machining process to ensure components meet quality standards and tolerances.
- Making adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure they operate smoothly.
- Inspecting finished parts for defects and conducting quality checks.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational qualifications of 10th and 12th grade along with an ITI Diploma.
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of CNC machining principles and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
