Job Title: Legal Associate

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Yelahanka)

Industry: Real Estate / Land Development

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and manage _legal documentation for land transactions._

Review and verify_**land title records, RTCs,**_ _and other related land documents_.

Draft legal documents including _**MOUs, Agreements, Sale Deeds, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), etc.**_

Liaise with legal consultants to obtain and interpret legal opinions regarding land assets.

Coordinate with _**government offices and departments**_to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory processes.

Ensure that all legal procedures comply with current laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate legal records and support the documentation process end-to-end.

**Requirements**:
**Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)** from a recognized institution.

Prior experience in real estate or land-related legal work is highly desirable.

Proficiency in **Kannada is mandatory** - both **spoken and written.**

The ability to **read and understand legal documents in Kannada** is essential; typing in Kannada is preferred.

Strong understanding of land laws, title due diligence, and documentation procedures.

Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel within and around Bengaluru for on-site legal checks or government liaison work.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of local land acquisition procedures and government regulations.

Experience in coordinating with government bodies for property-related documentation.

Ability to manage multiple legal tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
