Introduction:
What will you be doing?

Primary tasks include but are not limited to:

- Trade Capture, lifecycle and risk validation.
- Ensure there is suitable control processes around trade booking, verification and reconciliation and that the control environment of TCU matches the ambition of the desk to trade new and exciting products as well as supporting existing business in a scalable fashion.
- Working closely with IB Middle Office, Product Control and IB Operations teams across the globe on a daily basis to resolve issues.
- Amendments in Risk systems.
- Consolidating risk/ cash flow / pnl reports for the desk
- Assisting in preparation of Term Sheets/ Annexures (dissemination would be from Mumbai Sales)
- Shadow pricing of trades (CCS, IRS unwinds) to tie with Salespersons (no client communication)
- Collating MIS: Client Flow Volumes, Hit / Miss tracker, etc.
- Collating Market data like secondary bond trading data, Primary issuances data, etc./ data for pipeline trades
- Assisting in collating information for KYC / KYC refresh

What we’re looking for:
Personal attributes essential to performing role including competencies, expertise, knowledge, and experience.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance
- Excellent verbal and written skills. Fluent in English.
- Understand the Front to Back lifecycle of a trade and its associated risks to the firm and to clients
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and VBA
- Knowledge of Markets (FX, Interest Rate Derivatives, Interest Rate Options, Fixed Income, and/or Structured Notes)
- Experience in trade booking and risk management processes
