Restaurant Floor Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Staff Supervision**:
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to staff to ensure compliance with restaurant standards and guest expectations.
- Conduct daily pre-service briefings and assign tasks based on restaurant needs and floor layout.
- Ensure staff are well-groomed, in proper uniform, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- **Guest Service & Satisfaction**:
- Monitor guest interactions to ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, always seeking to turn issues into positive outcomes.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even during peak service times.
- Ensure that guests' needs are met efficiently and with attention to detail.
- **Operational Management**:
- Oversee the smooth flow of service, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Manage seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover while ensuring an optimal dining experience for all guests.
- Assist with the coordination of special events, large reservations, and private dining services.
- Handle opening and closing duties, including cash handling, till reconciliation, and ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality at all times.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring it meets the restaurant's standards before being served to guests.
- Check and maintain inventory levels for floor supplies, such as napkins, glassware, and other dining essentials.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the front-of-house staff, ensuring seamless communication between servers, kitchen staff, and management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure any changes to the menu, specials, or promotions are communicated effectively to all staff.
- **Training & Development**:
- Assist in onboarding and training new staff members, ensuring they understand restaurant policies, service standards, and the fine dining experience.
- Provide continuous feedback and coaching to ensure team members meet performance expectations and maintain high standards of service.
- Promote a positive team environment focused on collaboration and respect.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
