**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Ensure a high standard of guest service is maintained at all times.
- Address guest concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Greet and interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Ensure all staff members are engaging with guests professionally and courteously.
- **Staff Management**:

- Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Assign tasks and ensure that staff members are completing their responsibilities efficiently.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Schedule shifts and manage labor costs to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee the smooth running of the dining area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure that tables are set and cleaned according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain inventory levels of supplies, such as napkins, silverware, and condiments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and food safety.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the main point of contact between the kitchen, waitstaff, and management.
- Keep the restaurant manager informed of any issues, concerns, or customer feedback.
- Communicate any specials, promotions, or menu changes to the team.
- **Cash Handling & Point of Sale (POS)**:

- Oversee cash handling and transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments.
- Ensure the POS system is functioning correctly and resolve any technical issues.
- Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- **Staff Training & Development**:

- Lead onboarding and training of new staff members.
- Implement ongoing training to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and team cohesion.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Events & Promotions**:

- Coordinate and manage events, reservations, and private parties.
- Work with marketing to ensure promotional activities are communicated and supported on the floor.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
