The Analytics Analyst provides high quality, meaningful analysis to internal stakeholders, in a timely manner, to address current and future business needs. They leverage the analytical toolkit and research techniques to create value added insights for stakeholders. They typically work under the guidance of Lead Analysts and/or Analytics Managers to deliver analysis in line with stakeholder requirements.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
The role mainly involves providing in-depth analysis on cost and cost allocations for the Global CFO division, managing senior stakeholders and providing them with meaningful analysis to support in business decisions.
- Providing high quality business decision support pertaining to financial planning & analysis of key financial metrics (P&L, Balance Sheet and headcount) for the Infra division globally
- Ensuring appropriate & transparent cost allocation to clients, working closely with both the Infra division COO organization & businesses/clients by understanding allocation methodologies
- Supporting the cost allocation review on a monthly basis (cost amendments, allocation key changes and ensuring follow through and completion)
- Preparing monthly analysis of direct expenditure, explaining variances and reporting trends
- Collaborate with global and regional COOs, Business Managers and Finance Directors (FD) & drive financial transparency across the Infrastructure Areas
- Drive the monthly Forecast process in close co-ordination with FD Leads and COOs. Highlight and clarify any Key Risks to achieve Forecast
- Manage the Annual Planning process for the respective Infra Area and ensure Plan Financials adhere to Business Strategy and Organizational Goals for future years
- Preparation of monthly financial packs & presentation of financials in Monthly Review meetings to Infra Area Leads and other stakeholders

**Experience**:

- CA/MBA with 9+ years of experience in business and financial analysis, preferably with an understanding of Infra services.
- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, solid organizational & interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Essbase and other BI tools will be preferred - Behavioral Skills: o Analysis & problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines. o Strong Communication skills required. Ability to converse clearly with regional and global stakeholders/clients. o Acts with integrity in all interactions with colleagues, team members and clients o Leadership and Influencing Skills
