We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Executive with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience. **Proficiency in Hindi is a must for this role.**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Tracking and recording investment transactions across different asset classes like real estate, listed and unlisted shares, mutual funds, term insurance, medical insurance and health insurance
- Generating accurate financial statements specific to investment portfolios, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Preparing advance tax calculations
- Comply with accounting and financial regulations
- Finalized accounts by posting adjusting entries, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Managed closing entries and post-closing trial balances for accurate reporting and analysis
- Co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors
- Strong understanding of GST compliance, including filing returns, reconciling input tax credits, and managing GST-related documentation.
- Proficient in TDS calculations, timely deposit, and filing of TDS returns, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handling loan assets and liabilities including interest calculation, yearly balance confirmations and follow up for interest and principal repayment.

**TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCY**:

- Knowledge of Excel
- Excellent understanding of accounting, taxation, TDS and finance and accounts matters.
- Ability of team handling
- Experience in Tally.
- Multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities
