
Administrative Receptionist: Female

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders for supplies when necessary.
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and ensure rooms are set up appropriately for meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and vendors, answering inquiries and offering assistance.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Input and update client, visitor, and employee data in the company database.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all company and client information.
- Ensure that the reception and common areas meet health and safety standards.
**Profile Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system and manage calls efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
